That's a real truck stop wide spacious parking for trucks. If you're heading north towards Oakland area where there are no rest stops or truck stops, this will be a good detour. Less than 50 miles. From 101 take 156 exit.

They have really good food here so if you're on a diet you might not want to stop!! Friendly cashiers, waitresses, overall a good experience, clean restrooms. Tire shop/mechanical onnsite.

I normally pull over here to rest but the 2nd time my diesel was Stolen while i slept. I went to sleep on half a tank and woke up on Empty. Place is nice and clean, big selection on snacks and coffee is fresh ! But please be more careful on what is going on back there in the truck parking area. Also one time 2 thugs tried robbing me.

Stop there everytime we're that way... it's clean, well stocked. Restroom are clean, full stocked.Service is good and friendly.

The restaurant has been torn apart for months for remodeling. You can only buy food in the store. They need to get the restaurant remodeled and opened. I was emailed by the regional rep that they are going to have a Burger King in the place of the old restaurant. This will be great. They are working on the permits and will start building soon.

It's clean and it is the perfect stop for a road trip. Though it Carter's to truckers it's also a great place for anyone. It's currently under construction but it's still open. There is food, restrooms and a store, and for truckers there are showers, a theater, and a lounge .

I don’t know what the haters are salty about, this Petro is a natural stopping point on the ride from LA to San Fran. Is the restaurant under construction (August 2019)? Yes. Are there still fresh and prepared food options? Yes. Is the staff friendly, are the bathrooms clean, are the Red Bull cold, is the gas affordable, and is the lot safe? Yes. I’d rather stop here than any other southern stop on the 5, and as far as stops on the northern route goes, I hope you can hold your bladder for a while. The egg salad sandwich is on point. Muff said.

Reading the reviews I'm glad I did, guess I'll be staying up at the T/A so i can enjoy a decent meal in the restraunt versus Burger king.....guys want to relax and eat a nice meal not fast food all the time. So tired of these big chains switching to fast food.

This is a nice truck stop that primarily serves travelers on I-5 and CA 152. It’s unusual in that you can’t really see it from 152 and is completely unseen from I-5. To me that’s a good thing. Its in a scenic area near the San Luis Reservoir about 2 miles west of 1-5 exit 403. There is a lot of parking in a well maintained lot. The store is clean and the attached restaurant is Burger King (a plus because it’s not Subway). The showers were clean and very well maintained. This truck stop is in a safe location surrounded by a nice residential housing subdivision.

The restaurant is a horror. Service and food. A horror. I ate better at high school, and all we had there were vending machines. Took a couple of pictures of what they had on offer in the gas station, (yes gas station, they had no diesel, all pumps shut down last time we stopped in) part of the building. I wouldn't feed that to any living thing.

This place is fantastic! I have been traveling I-5 for years and can't believe I just found it. Place is clean, and food is great. The servers ate friendly. Doesn't look like your typical Diner/Truckstop. See the pictures. 2 miles off I-5, but worth it! Trust me. You won't be sorry!

We stop there every time we travel on 152. Its AWESOME. The restrooms are always clean. The people that work there are very nice. They have a movie theater and an arcade. Lots of things to look at in the store. Right now it's decorated very cute for Halloween. There is always fresh COFFEE. & hot water for tea. They even sell SCRATCHERS out of a machine in the hall way. I've been there at least 5 times in the last month.💓😎🌴

Usually has some parking and the backup at the shop isn't too long. Has a gym so that's good except lowlife drivers have damaged and stolen some equipment. Showers are hot and clean. Coffee isn't worth buying because it's so weak so walk across the street. The coffee is literally a dark shade of white it's so watered down!

This is a great place to have a quick stop on your trip through Interstarte-5 highway. It has a nice diner, game area, gym, driver's lounge and a travel store too. I was surprised to see that they have a shower and laundry too. Probably paid - i am not sure though. Restrooms were relatively clean. There is a movie theater as well. All of the above are under one roof and there is a big parking lot around it. There is a gas station right outside.

Sat at the bar for faster service, but the servers didn't even give us menus for about 10 minutes. For a location that serves travelers, the staff doesn't know or care about how people's schedules. After over half an hour and only three other tables of people, we still don't have food. Simple omelet. Food finally came when we decided to leave. The chicken strips were burnt and the meat lovers omelet had meat that was burnt and dry. Plus side, the bathrooms were clean and the restaurant isn't crowded. Yey.An hour and fifteen minutes of a total waste.
